They changed the liners on the Manix XL? I bought one when they first came out and it's got solid liners, very solid no flex. How much did they do to the newer ones?
cold steel doesn't make anything I agree.
I couldn't agree more.
I doubt they make the boxes either. But there's a remote chance they are made from recycled pizza boxes collected from their headquarters.
I havnt gone higher than 300 on new and used yet. Zero safe queens. I gots plenty of CS. The beauty of the brand is you can make fun of it while you got one in your pocket. No fanboy just a user.[/QUOTE]
Awesome. Just checkin'. :D
Any opinions on their new CTS-XHP knives? I haven't gotten one since they upgraded the steel but I'm thinking that's going to change in the nearish future.
The dlc is great very durable. Edge retention is noticeably better. But the AUS 8 liquidation was epic. I bought my share but wish I bought even more. I still like the steel.Awesome. Just checkin'.

1 - microtech,
the 2nd - Striders, i think. Low quality blade finish, no preventing of lock worn, and there you have blade play...
anyway, why no make nice tanto like this?

their tanto looks disguting
Newer Striders are very well finished and have tight excellent lockup.
