Mr. ShepardCC from BF !!

Seems he was logged on at 08:38 PM. I went ahead and left him a visitor message with a link to this thread.

Considering that there are now 2 threads dealing with Eric Yakush of Shepard Custom Creations, maybe the OP should modify the title of this one so interested parties can track both more easily.

And I really like the recommendation by chambelona59 that if someone can't or won't provide a contact phone number, don't do business with them.

Well, I just added him to my ignore list ......seems he has a history of flaking at times. This is not the first.

After many problems with him, and no answered emails, I filed a claim with PayPal. That seemed to get his attention really quick. He responded back promptly after that. I got my carbon fiber scale about a week later. But I won't give him anymore business!

Hey Mr. ShepardCC on BF,
Either send the Spyderco CF Dodo to my address (you have it) or my Spyderco CF Pm 2 back to me, and IMMEDIATELY !!!!

^ PayPal Good always!!!!

The audacity that this hypocrite, demonstrates...

This link speaks volumes as to this poor businessman's twisted logic (too bad he was allowed to edit out his vile rant before somebody quoted him on it):

"Can Scrim just be banned already"

^ LMFAO! After reading these 2 current/active GBU thread's involving you, & your pathetic dealings, I'd like to ask the same question here:
Can ShepardCC, just be banned already???

"I don't like using PayPal because all the protection is to the buyer and nothing for the seller.
Just like all things it only takes a few bad seeds to ruin it for everyone. I was fine with regular paypal even after the first time I was ripped off for over 200 dollars. But then when I was ripped off a second time and told "Ohh Well, unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it" by paypal directly!!! I said no more. If they change their policies to protect the seller as much as the buy I will support it again. I prefer money orders, check or cash...but since we live in a now now now society and people want it yesterday...they don't want to wait the extra couple of days to send mo, check, cash, I offer paypal gift option. I don't know too many people that have been scammed for hundreds of dollars that say oh yeah that process is great let me keep doing it and lose more money. I'm far for rich and losing hundreds of dollars is a big deal to me. PayPal didn't care I lost money or was scammed.
Now they give scammer 6 months to do it."

^ This quote of yours, accurately captures your true character, lack of ethics/integrity, & who you really are!

If you wouldn't spend so much time on the sofa watching that stupid show, "The Walking Dead" you're always talking about, maybe you'd get some actual work done in your shop. < Just check this guys post history & where he spends much of his time.

Try taking a couple of aspirin...for crying out loud!

Edit:
Time to edit the title of this thread, I think.

^ +1

It may have taken awhile (since that previous thread calling ShepardCC out)...
A person's true character will always, inevitably present itself, for who a person really is.
Yes, patience is, indeed a virtue!

Another email received from Eric Yakush yesterday:

"Went out yesterday. Had some problems with the liner and one scale. I had to redo one side. I tried to send a pic of the tracking but it didn't work. I'll send you the tracking number in a few when I find the reciept"

He claims he "tried to send a pic (scan) of the tracking info" "but it didn't work"
Then claims "I'll send you the tracking number in a few when I find the reciept"

This is an email received 9 days ago:
"Everything is done and going out today after work."

Received nothing and no tracking #.

On my way to the Post Office now to file a postal fraud claim.

Glad I saw this thread, no idea he has these issues. I've seen many of his posts and checked out his work as well...shame :thumbdn:

I would also contact and make a report with the Fraser Police Department or, if he is outside of the city boundaries or there is no such police department, the County sheriffs department where he lives.

This sucks! He's supposedly making a scale for me. Answered immediately when I wanted something. E mailed and PMed him the link to this thread the first day it was up and haven't heard back from him.
This has happened a couple of times before, but he straightened the issues out.
Now just crickets.
Sucks.

Yet another example of why iTrader is worse than useless. The prohibition against leaving negative feedback under circumstances when it is clearly warranted does nothing but give people a false sense of security. (Spare me the "search for user names in GBU..." nonsense. Having to give that advice is merely additional proof that iTrader is useless).

Searching his name here in the GB&U would have showed all you need to know. We can't make itrader something it isn't. We also can't stop people from letting themselves get screwed. If you can't take the time to read the rules here, take a stroll around and get a feel for the place, and figure out the wonderful resource the GB&U is, you only have yourself to blame. Common sense should be common. itrader can't help with that.
