Just checking but the order page wants to charge me for domestic shipping.

I'm assuming this will be refunded or not charged in the first place??

It was said that we could get these shipped to Canada using USPS but that was not an option when I just ordered mine. Is there some way to get this changed? I finished the transaction as I will be in class for a very long time today and did not want to miss out on these seeing how fast they went last time. I just want to make sure that they do not go UPS (my conf. was reference # 22424 - 2)

Please advise me as to my next step and I'll get it done tonight when I return from classes.

My shipping was zero for US Ground........ no problems............... :thumbup: :D
 
Mine showed $8 shipping so I sent a note to SFO when I got my receipt, hopefully they will adjust it. But no biggie. Now the wait begins!!!
 
Sorry all, seems we've got a glitch. We're working to correct it right now. We will make the appropriate adjustment or issue a refund to anyone who is charged the incorrect amount for freight.

No, I'm sorry, the site cannot process Discover, but if you do a phone order, SFO can process it in-store.

For those with shipping showing up, I had the same problem.

I logged in again, and when it confirmed shipping address, the shipping address had the country as "USA" instead of "United States". I switched it back to "United States" and then had an option to choose ground, 2nd day, or overnight.



I'm excited now! (not so excited as to pay for overnight though!)

Kristi, u da best. My order # is 27213-1 and I got hit for shipping. If you can get it fixed, that would be great. I replyed to the order confirmation email but you never know if those go back to a real person. Thanks
 
SFO will issue a credit to everyone who was incorrectly charged freight (Domestic and Int'l issues). It's obvious for them, who got incorrectly charged and who didn't.

Sorry about all of this, you know what they say about the best-laid plans... :o

The glitches should be completely fixed now. Thanks for understanding.

My PC went down for over an hour, so I just called mine in.

Said they would ship today or in morning.

Anyone wanting one better get one quick...
