I'm in, if I may. I have 150 posts in traditonal, although I don't post a ton... A couple things I like about this forum are the pictures and the information that can be found here.
 
Congrats Randy! I am in. The reason I love the Porch so much is the people here. This is a place that is just loaded with kindness, generosity, wit and wisdom. It gives me the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all corners of the globe that all share something in common, the love and appreciation of traditional cutlery.
 
I'd like a shot at this one! I don't know how to tell how many posts I have in Traditionals, but I suspect it's enough.

What do I like about the Porch? It's one of the friendliest corners of the Interwebz, for one thing. Plus the amount of knife knowledge and experience here is beyond everything. I have learned a great deal here from all of you, and I hope to continue to.

Thanks man we kinda joined around the same time so I'm nipping at your heels lol. What do I like most about the porch is the kindness and generosity of everyone it all ways blows my mind how helpful everyone is thanks for the gaw brother

Thanks for the very generous and rather unique GAW; thanks to Derrick for his contribution, too. :) If I'm fortunate enough to win, I hope I'm not paralyzed by indecision over how to turn the credit into a knife or two! :eek:

When it comes to what I like about The Porch, I'm no different than most: knives, knowledge, knice knife knuts! :thumbup::cool::D Back when I used to watch a lot more TV than I do now, there was a show whose theme song stated that sometimes you like to go where everybody knows your name; that's the kind of accepting community I've experienced here!!

I'm in...

The porch is a place that is actually very relaxing despite reading and learn and interacting about sharp objects that can draw blood. The eye candy is pretty dang drool worthy .
so relaxing ...It makes the time fly by, at an age when I don't necessarily want it to go too fast.

My favorite thing is definite Knarfeng and his "title" in his profile.

I mostly appreciate all of the knowledge of new traditional knives I had no idea existed though. GEC in particular. I never imagined I would be following the 85 thread wishing I had ordered 3-4 of the same pattern traditional at ~$100 each.

The beer scout that just opened my beer is a nice addition too.

What I like best about the porch is the friendly banter and willingness to share knife knowledge with others.
 
Okay gang I was going to announce the winner first thing in the morning but I've been pretty sick so my wifey said if my fever hasn't broke by morning I would be taking a trip to the ER Now I don't have good track record with Hospitals so I thought I'd better pull the trigger tonight. funny how a 5'2" 106 LB. woman can control a 6'1" 230Lb. man. Thanks to all for who you are.

Okay here goes by random number generator on my Kindle Post # 25 Congrats Black Mamba I cant think of a better person for it to go to. Please PM both Derrick and myself incase I'm by the way side.
