My BOTM

Nice bunch of Bucks you got in Oct. and Nov.Buckaholic.
Can't wait to see what you get in Dec.
I got a few Bucks in Nov.including a 106 2 liner of mine my brother has had since 1968 .....he was going to sell it to me and I was going to pay him for it untill I saw my name and drl # engraved on the back of it between the black micarta grips ,at least he took good care of it.
No pics my camera is in the shop.

Here's the November 2006 additions to my herd...
.

.
Regrets that my pic skills/camera aren't as defined as TLC's or Gary's...but ya get the point.

Nice pics Goose!
Glad that you liked the knives!! Did you acquire that 103 Idaho stamp very early this month off of a auction site? :D HHmmm, I love that one!
Glad to see your sticking with just 110's ;)
Lookin' forward to more pics next moth!

Hey Preston and Jim...
Yeah, that 103 is kine cool. BUT, it is not what I wanted. I wanted one that had wood to match the 102BR, 119BR, and 120BR knives I have :(

EEE...
That is a hoot about your brother trying to sell you back your knife. TFF. Was it an honest mistake that he forgot? How much did he want? Were you pulling out your wallet?

Thanks to all for your kind words regarding the Goose herd.

...Gooser...yer BOTM's are startin' to give me the "shakes" ...All beauties... ( even the fixed-blades :p :p ) ...LMBO...:D

Yep I was going to give him $50.00 Bucks for it and an old no name axe
to take it's place.
It was an honest mistake he cannot see fine line engraving without his glasses. He has lobbed off about 35 deer heads with it.
He says he bought one after using mine decades ago .... now he has to find
it.....I hope it is NIB...I will get it for $50.00 Bucks ...interest on my 106.:D

Thanks Jim..
Think I was dumb for getting that 103 without comparing the pic of the wood to my other woodys.
It was listed as a "prototype" sample with no box/papers.
Has anyone else seen one of these "prototypes" with that wood?

Sure goose! Check your email and PM's :D
I have 2 103BR's (cocobola) one of them would match your other 3 very nicely... :D
Goose you could have a nice mint 103 BR in the BOTM thread for December LOL

Very nice goose,

I think it's time for a complete family photo.....or a complete herd photo of all those Bucks :) .

It is crazy!

Five years nothing has happened in the german eBay & Co with interesting Buck Knives, and now they come two a week. It makes me poor tho the offers are really cheap. I see me - wife and kids are gone - sitting on the floor with a lot of knives, chewing hard bread and drinking cold water.
:grumpy: :grumpy: :grumpy:

Is there nobody who is able to hinder me to do drive myself bankrupt? Just now I puchased the following knife:

I could not stop my fingers bidding in th last second and I got it for about 90 Bucks is it a good deal at the least?
:jerkit: :jerkit: :jerkit:

Next time you go to Cabela's Ft. Worth look in the upper left display shelf, that is where they keep all of the stag Bucks and on the right side lower display they keep the limited editions.:D
You have a very nice Santa.

Haebbie...
Give up to the addiction. I'm sitting here wondering how I'm gonna buy Christmas presents. But I keep wanting to get one more Buck.

EEE...too funny about the "tamales". Haebbie may need a dictionary for that word...so I'll just let him know that cats make good a good substitute ingredient for schnitzel...so I've heard

You guys that live close to a Cabela's store are lucky you can pick the knife with the best matched stag. Those of us that have to rely on the mail, have to take what they happen to mail to us. :(

Goose, thats to funny!! I'm fighting for breath!!!

That's a pretty good idea with the Schnitzel. A cat has in german a second name, it's called Dachhase. Strightly translated: roof rabbit. I think it makes pretty good Schnitzel. Enjoy your meal! And the hide I'll take for warm feet.

By the way, I like Tamales, especially with lamb, a lot of onions and mould cheese.

Best,
Haebbie
