I can't tell you how touched I am by that last post brother. Praying on.

Lord God,

You are the Great Physician.

This child has a condition and needs your healing touch.

Lord, you are the healer of weaknesses, chronic conditions, and other diseases, and you are the healer of this child.

As I ask you to heal this child, I will declare by faith that Madden IS receiving your abundant healing power right now and that Madden's health IS steadily improving.

I declare that I will not look at what my eyes see, but I will look at what my faith sees.

I will feed my faith concerning the healing power that is bringing health to Madden.

I will stand strong behind your biblical words:

"By his stripes, we are healed." *

Thank you, Lord, for bringing your awesome healing power into this child's body.

Lord, I will praise you for healing Madden.

Yes, may your family be blessed today and every day. Praying for all of you and the surgeon as well. Probably should throw one in for the anesthesiologist and all the nurses too. Best wishes for all of you Justen!
 
Thank you all again for the continued support. Kal-El, we feel the spirit of Jesus in your words. We have been blessed to have our youth Pastor with us all morning and he and Madden have been going back and forth with Psalms and prayers. Madden is in a great frame of mind and everything is in God's hands now.

My thoughts are you with today Justen. Madden seems very strong. I too will be checking in throughout the day.

All has been going better than expected so far and we were just updated that the surgeon is about an hour ahead of schedule and if Madden keeps responding like he has so far they will take him off of bypass in the next hour or so. Praise God and all of you. Hopefully, he will be in ICU soon and the recovery process will be getting started.

Hi Madden - I read about you last night while I was at home with my Wife & our five kids: Chase, Colin, Carly, Mikah, & Eden. Carly is our oldest girl, 7yo, and she wanted me to make sure that you knew all of their names; otherwise, you wouldn't know who was sending you the hugs & kisses & love that we all sent to you last night. You've got a lot of people who care about you, even some from all of the world that you've never met...we live in California, in the mountains, with lots of deer, black bears, rabbits, hawks, & even mountain lions. We've seen a mountain lion pretty close to our home, but he didn't bite us, and we have to put a big clamp on our garbage can because one of the bears keeps trying to get into our garbage & he used to make really big messes for me to clean up. I wasn't very happy with that bear, but we're still friends. You're a very brave boy & you make your Mommy & Daddy very happy - I'm sending you an air high-five right now!
 
Great to hear that things are going better than planned. We're all pulling for you guys on this one!
