Need some serious help

Just saw this thread, I can't say how sorry I am this has happened. As other have said you do have friends, you may not have shaken their hands, but we all know you. Take care, the surgons at UW medical are very good (I know a couple of them). Prayers for both of you!
 
I am another one that just saw this thread and I am very sorry to hear about your wife's medical problem, Jim. I wish the best to you and your wife. Thoughts and prayers sent.

I am so sorry you and yours have such a challenge.
I have had friends with sad outcomes and friends who have had a good outcome.

Hi everyone and thanks for your thoughts, prayers and good words they do help.

Here is where we are now. They decided they would not be able to remove the tumor. They did do a biopsy. They used needles to go in and get samples. That was not without risk but, all went well. We will have to wait till next Wed for the results and a consultation on how to proceed and prognosis. We are home now and she is asleep and I am not. She is afraid but, IMHO a very very brave person and keeping a stiff upper lip. She is doing well , but loses the time and her chain of thought once in a while. When she is in a conversation she is all there. We are going to spend this week enjoying ourselves and doing important stuff like telling each other how much we love each other. We plan to win this. Glad to hear what I guess is some good news. I guess we're all waiting until next Wednesday to see what is going to happen next.

Well today we get the prognosis. We are hoping for the best. Please hope and pray how ever you believe that the news is the best possible. She is a great lady and seems to be more worried about how everyone else will handle it. I know she is scared, but, very brave. I hope that I can be so great if I ever have to face something like this. Thanks to everyone for your support. Jim

Hello Jim, I just found the thread today and I hope all goes well for you and your wife, my Mom had a brain tumor and is going strong 6 years later. Prayers sent.
