The Youtubers of today are as corrupted as the gun and knife mags of 15 to 20 years ago. Remember how we used to bitch how you never saw a negative article. Now the same thing happens on YouTube, most of the guys making these are in so deep with the manufacturers and sponsors they can't or won't state the truth. Jeff kind of offers some light criticism but then defends CRKT in this and he'll come back in a month and praise them for the next action, for what getting it right the 2nd or 3rd time on a $750 knife. We have companies making better knives for 150 to 250 and they get it right.

Crkt will get some credit when they change their ways, when we can see a noticeable shift in business strategy and operations. SOG who I have hated on for years seems to be heading in a better direction with some new models but its going to take another year to see how it plays out. (I still like the Terminus)

The TPA on YouTube is out of control, knife companies and shops, olight, thrunite, la police gear, etc have some if not most of the popular channels in their pocket. Nero knives is a nut job imo but at least he had the balls to abuse some gear and call out the brand. Thats rare these days, I see a lot more disgusting groveling, grown men acting like some sort of submissive slave. The world needs more contrarians, not one more dumb cow to go along with the herd. Moo buy a 750 dollar Crkt its awesome....

I actually seriously considered getting one of these. The fact I haven't seen one single conclusively good use case so far stayed my hand and my wallet. In the knifecenter video, the thing came out of lock while being batoned (at 4:57)

The CRKT knife I always liked, and bought, was the Ken Onion Hi Jinx. It was made by Lion Steel in Italy. Awesome knife, IMHO. The Hi Jinx was not in the price range of XOC though. I think I'll stick with my Gayle Bradley 1 EDC for now.

And besides, their $750 Buy Tighe was far superior! Its got twice as many blades!!!

I'm all about big knives so that caught my eye, but that price is laughable. Should I buy a shiro or a CRKT with $750 🤔 lol not a hard choice if I had it to spend

I’ll never be a CRKT buyer as long as they continue to sell total junk with total garbage steel in prepackaged plastic containers at all the big box retail stores. I’ll certainly NEVER even come close to considering $750 for this one. I can buy a like new small Sebenza AND a like new large Inkosi with $750 or a Shiro or Hinderer plus a $200 Spyderco or a Bark River Gunny CPM 3V and a Benchmade 940-1 S90V and a Cold Steel AD-10 and a Lionsteel DOM/Bestman M390 , what in the world are we talking about???? How about we start a challenge of best use of $750….. at least 1 knife for the smart asses, lol, and get creative with whatever amount might be left over!!! I need a good laugh.

I looked at almost all my knives and I would probably go with the following, I think I could get the following in like new or new condition for the prices shown
1. PJ Small Sebenza S35VN $350
2. Benchmade Puuko CPM3V $120
3. Benchmade 940bk-2004 $200
4. Spyderco Dragonfly $50
5. $30 left over… Bone in Rib-eye with sides and grill it myself.

Harder than I thought it would be and I’m already second guessing my decisions except for the Sebenza, lol. Hard to leave off so many that I love.
