Just installed the longer barrel and brass ported muzzle brake for my pea shooter.

Oh my, that's sweet. That looks like a ton of fun right there.

LOL... it is. Gonna get a brass wire stock for it, some wood grips, optics and then tune it out on the inside for some more power. My boy is really into airguns so I decided to start customizing one and when he gets old enuf for this one he can have it. Till then I'll be playing with it. LOL

Wow, little maethor is going wild with the knife buying... Just pulled the trigger on an Enzo Trapper Kit in O1 steel with a scandi grind, and tomorrow I'll hopefully order my BK-10 Special... THANKS to the pimpin' Moose! Really looking forward to both of them.

Has anyone of you guys put one of those kits together? I got the one with pre-shaped green canvas micarta scales, I just have to glue them on, tighten some screws down and sand and polish them to the desired shape. I think I'll put a secondary bevel on the trapper, I heard the scandi ground O1 is prone to rolling.

Dingobubba, nice "gun"! Thinking about a pellet gun myself... I'd get a .22 but... I won't start whining about Germany again :D

Thanks Meat! I thought about converting it to .22, but it will be used more for plinking and the ammo is a bit cheaper in .177. Had a .22 way back when I was a kid. They put out a nice little punch.

Oh, so it isn't a pellet gun? I thought it was. I just saw the cocking lever, silly me.

Seems I've been in a fixing mood lately. Started reworking my old Warthog for the second time.
Here it was after the first treatment. It was pretty beat up. most of the coating was gone. Cut off the guards and sprayed it with bedliner to protect it since it sits in the Jeep all the time.

Then after abusing it again. It was actually way worse than this, but I forgot to snap a pic before reworking it again.

Now starting over again. So far cleaning it up with 60 grit. It had some serious gouges in it. You can see some dings where my old man took a hammer to it to batton some wood (ouch). Doesn't look too bad now.

If you look close you can see some tiny chips. Get them out soon.

Must say I've beat the snot out of this knife. Just want to thank Ka-Bar for making an awesome product that won't quit. Here's proof.

a) there's no such thing as enough magazines, esp for an uncommon shooting appliance

b) becker butt knife goodness

woooo got my prize from guyon today! I'll post pics next week sometime, I am working a lot in the next couple three days and then camping again!

Hmmm, been meaning to get me one of them there "north face" patches. I like the pack Flexxx. I read a pretty good review on another forum about the tr-zip. The review was very impressive, but not long after the same guy ditched it for the Linchpin and loved it, makes me second guess my Kelty.

I'll grant North Face makes good gear.
But Lordy, some of the folks that wear it to exclusion...
some of them are scared of squirrels. And grass.

trade's changed his avatar. What did I miss in Chat? :D

I have no idea. But my advice is this: Be afraid. Be very afraid.
