Haven't gotten my Maxped bottle holder yet...but got the strap in. Been having a great time playing with it. It goes pretty good with the Batman outfit too.

I peeled a bunch of pears yesterday, and my wife put up 6 quarts of pear preserves this morning.
First off... yum. Second though, I peeled them with a plain old Mora #2, and I am now a fan.
Crazy good ergonomics. Just simple and efficient.

so my wife surprised me with a couple things for my pack. check it out. Collapsible water bottle and first aid kit. Maybe she will send me on a survival trip

yeh the bottle is actually really cool. freezable, expandable, and it rolls up on itself for storage. Im pretty psyched that my wife acutally picked out something useful

clichtenwalner1, I pair that type of water bottle with a Aquamira Frontier Pro filter for a nice, lightweight field purification system.
