While I must say the poster have a point (and I've asked similar question to Mike) NGK is very customer friendly company and their service is exeptional.

I still fail to see how NGK being out-of-stock on product qualifies them as being either "bad" or "ugly." (I'm assuming you're not suggesting this is "good.") ISTM your whine (because that's what this really is: A whine) more properly belongs in W&C.

The Dork Side is strong in him!Mike and NGK rock. Was looking for a Becker Necker with a good grind recently (some of them were coming out of the plant kind of screwy during the strike), and he eyeballed his stock to pick the best one for me. Also gave me a personal review of the Becker Patrol Machete when I was looking for one. In recent months, I've bought a Spyderco Caly III and the two Beckers listed above from NGK. Couldn't have been happier with the customer service and the prompt shipping and the communication.
I, for one, appreciate a site that keeps inventory listings ACTUALLY TIED TO INVENTORY. It's more frustrating to me when you order something at a site that claims to have it in stock, only to find out you've got to wait on a backorder.
I agree that this is a whine more than a real complaint. Here's another vote to move this mess over to W&C so the real fun can begin.

Not Trolling. I should have added; I have purchased from NGK in the past and found them to be one of the best internet dealers I have ever done business with. I like that they post their O.O.S items.
After reading the thread it was obvious Jedi Boy was more interested in whining than a actual complaint and his time would be better spent somewhere else.

Oh come now. Surely you can see for yourself the Out of stock! On many, many of the items they have pictures of on their website.
