New Graham- Your Source for Out of Stock Items!

WOW! This is out of control stupidity from Jedi.Maybe the Darkside got to him. I haven't done business with NGK but will soon. I have visited their site plenty of times and appreciate the format.Hopefully he will appologize or go away.

Jedi,I hope you learn alot from this experience including respect. You just lost any you may have had because you didn't show respect to a business that has earned MUCH respect.Wow,isn't that called "has come full circle"?

If you ever start buying custom Knives, please know, they are not in stock! If waiting for more than 10 business days hurts your feelings than stay away from these, mostly several months to a couple of years.

Stick to Lightsabers and skateboards for now,you can get that stuff at Wal-Fart or Targay.

Thanks Keith :)

Dog Man that sounds like it might have left a nasty little cut. I am feeling a little sick just thinking about that one. LOL

With our case knives we display alot of them in cases and when trying to display them they will snap shut if you are not careful. I will watch Mike display them and I can't help but think of this saying it is all fun and games til ya lose a finger. ( sorry Mike ya know I got mad love for ya) Sometimes I think knives have a mind of there own:)
Once again thanks for the support
MPE we hope to hear from you soon :)
Annie:)

Well 5 days from order to delivery. Got a Spyderco Byrd Meadowlark w/G-10 handles. Nice sturdy knife. Came with a great little band-aid dispenser. Thanks Mike we will do business again real soon!!

I have known Mike for a long time.
I think I was his first customer from outside the USA.
I have bought knives from him and he even found some that I was looking for, for me.
I want to say that he has been more than a knife dealer and more like a friend I have never met.
Actually, I wanted to say much more, but what can I say that has not been said before?...I am totally out of stock when it comes to complimentary superlatives that can describe this fine gent.

had to throw my 2 cents in,not only are they the best online knife store i ever ordered from, they are probably the best online STORE i ever ordered from:thumbup:

I placed my order late Sunday night. New Graham shipped it out Monday and I recieved it Wednesday. Top notch outfit all the way.

I've ordered a couple of times from New Graham Knives and would not hesitate to do so again. Very good dealer. Zero problems.

The last two knives I ordered from Mike were not in stock either. That is because they had not been made yet by the manufacturer. They were not listed on NGK either. I had seen the prototypes at a knife show and emailed Mike that I wanted one when they came out. It was a year later when the maufacturer finaly sent out a limited number. Yep, Mike still had my email and sent me the knife. Now that is customer service.

Are you retarded, or just stupid?

I would wage the answer is yes on both counts. Is it just me or does the video of the German kid beating the hell out of his computer come to mind when you think of this guy?

Mike, I have never purchased from you, but I have looked at your site. When I finally decide I can't live without something you have, you'll be sure to get my business, even if it is out of stock and I have to wait a few days.

Having spent over 30 years in advertising/marketing and knowing how powerful and valuable a personal recommendation is when compared to paid consumer advertising......I just LOVE the direction this thread has taken! :D

Yup - looks like Jedi_Knife's whining generated what he wanted in the first place:

ATTENTION
(Pssst guys, look at meee! Heh. You looking? Hey. Hey!

I wonder how much revenue NGK pulled in from this thread alone? ;)

NGK is the ONLY place I buy non-traditional knives from these days. My days of scouring eBay to save $2.75 on a knife are long over. Don't tell Mr. Dye this, but I'd happily pay an extra $5-$10 what he sells his knives for, just for the service alone.

P.S. - Jedi_Knife seems to have a brief history of being an all-around smart-ass, with a propensity for bitching and moaning (akin to a young girl). Go play in traffic. :)

Hey. Be nice to young girls. I have cousins :p

I have always had good experiences with NGK, and they're one of the first dealers I recommend to new buyers I hope to convert to knife knuts :) Excellent customer service and personalized attention, and even when they slip up (we're only human, after all) they're quick to remedy the problem, no questions asked.

While being of the internet generation, I sometimes find the vast listing of out-of-stock knives a little tiring on the eyes, it really is very useful for price a model checking (a free service they don't need to provide).

Two thumbs up :)

New Graham is truly one of the best in the business. Extremely helpful and honest customer service, prompt shipping and awesome prices. They have done me right everytime.

Two thumbs up for New Graham!!

All this support is just so great :)
Sometimes it does get a little stressful and crazy but seeing these threads and all the support makes it worth it.
Thanks
