OK We're all waiting? What are you planning to do?I really like the burlap micarta, but mine still sits in the tube. Just haven't tired of the 2 blades yet. Carried the Desert Ironwood Big Jack for a couple weeks and then the M & G Moose for the past 2. Both lovely knives, but heavy. The burlap is scheduled to undergo a little cosmetic surgery and once complete I will give it some much deserved attention.

Here's my modified DLT 54 in blood red jig bone. The dye job it came with was lacking near the top and was somewhat pink. I re-dyed it and added an ez open. I also put a forced vinegar patina.
