Everything from the fundamental design to the price point are incongruous with Victorinox in my opinion. A single model done using one of their existing Fibrox handles (eliminating tooling cost) would do very nicely. Do a Mora-like straight clip pointed blade in 1/8" or 3/16" stock with a full flat grind and the edge shoulder left just a touch thicker than their culinary knives and it'd be a slam dunk. The only additional tooling they'd need would be for the blades and a sheath of some kind. A reinforced nylon would suffice, though an injection-molded polymer sheath would be ideal. As an initial venture, a simple nylon would minimize expenses and risk and a polymer one could be rolled out after proven success or as an "deluxe" SKU.
