Rick, you couldn't have collaborated with a better company. If anybody can bring your designs to life with the quality that should accompany a knife with your name on it, ZT is it!

I am actually more excited about this one than the 0551; not because I like the design more (apples and oranges), but because the 0551 is such a high quality blade that it as raised my expectations of what a production, hard use folder can be.

I really like that they're going to keep the thumbstud, too, rather than have it be only a flipper. Hopefully it will come in some of the newer performance steels. Bohler M390, perhaps?

Really loving that design! Is it going to be assisted like a couple of the other ZT flippers or just completely manual like the 550 and 551? Then again I guess it doesn't much matter since flippers are so fast anyways!

That's a huge part of what makes the ZT/Hinderer collabs so desirable and strong to me. Studs as the blade stop are much more desirable to me over a rear stop pin.
