If its any comfort, I've used Eezox on my G&G Hawk RAZR with no apparent ill effects so far, same bearings.
By the way I believe the washers the ball bearings are seated in are made of nylon. With prolonged contact, most of the solvents that will damage the washers will have a pretty good chance of damaging many other parts of the knife as well. So I think a bit of common sense will go a long way in this area.
The washers are not a new technology in and of themselves, they are just new to knives. They are actually pretty proven. Typically they would be facing a steel or stainless steel washer if they are being placed against softer materials.
I personally can't wait to to get an 0560/0561.
