Yep, the action on these are the fastest I've ever seen for a flipper.
Thomas, can you hook me up with a box of those bearing systems? Lol! Awesome stuff brother!
I'm going to get a LSCF scale made for mine. I know someone who makes really cool scales If I can get him to slow down on the grinder. Lol!

Thrill, do you agree that if this was as heavy as the 550/551 it would feel like the XM? I love how light this is but I keep compairing the two. This is so much faster than a XM.

I still haven't done a side by side comparison with the 551. It's definitely faster than the flipper XM I used to have. The weight of the blade on the 560 definitely helps the speed of the action. If the blade was shorter and thinner I don't think it would have the same speed. I think the 560 may open faster than the ZT 350

Got my 561 today!!
Its already well known, but I do dig the fact that the lockbar cutout is much thinner than the 560.its almost un-noticable.
Overall both knives feel the exact same and lock-up on both is about 40%.The 560 hasn't moved over at all even after a week of flipping!!!!
I prefer the dark brown for sure, glad I preordered one.

My mistake...I thought ThievesLikeUs was speaking about the cut out on the inside of the knife...I guess you would call it the "relief" for the lock bar? I see what he was talking about now....I wonder why the change?

This is looking like an awesome folding knife. My only concern is the weight. I have a few XM-18's and a couple XM-24's and am used to the stout builds and the little extra weight. If it feels super light & on the flimsy side, then it'll be a catch & release but if it feels like I have a substantial folder in my hand like my ZT 0301 or an XM-18 ± a bit, then I'm going to grinning ear to ear on Monday!

Yeah I thought the same thing. I don't like that big gap in the one lockbar one bit. I hope that was an isolated happening, looks kinda "non-precision" if you catch my drift.

I agree and the way I liken the difference between the 0550/0551 and the 0560/0561 is like comparing a Lego Strider to a CC. I like them both but the 0560 just falls right into place in your hand. The contours and thinner profile are outstanding plus the weight feels more distributed on the 0560.
I just have to get used to the pivot. I'm not used to managing a blade as much when it's between closed and locked as I do with the bearings. ** This is NOT a complaint **
