It's really getting annoying that some people continue to stir and rehash all this drama...It's not getting your knife to you any faster

All I know is that the longer the wait, the sweeter that knife will seem to me. Besides, just like all manufactured goods, the product tends to improve as the bugs in the process get worked out. You don't want to be the first, but its probably still no fun being the last.

I thought the same thing too... that was until I noticed that the laser cut didn't match the locking face cutout. Kind off bugs be. I wish they had done the laser cut all the way around instead of stopping at the locking face.

My apologies. I usually think better before posting. That was definitely not my intention. You could have just said "Leek_Freak, you're a moron, I do have a store front." Now I know that. Like I said, I've ordered from you a few times and I know first hand how good you are with service. Again, I'm sorry if you took offense to my question. I looked through your site and didn't see a reference to an address or storefront so that's where my question came from...more of a curiosity on how one becomes a dealer I guess. Enough rambling, point is I agree with everyone that you're a top notch dealer and a great guy that is a very good asset to the company and knives in general.

This could very well be the finest production folder I've ever held or owned. I know I may be a bit biased, but dammit it's true!! I knew the moment Thomas showed me one that it was going to be the ultimate production piece and now that I've got one I'm convinced I was right. It's sleek yet beefy, large but comfortable, flips like a custom.....I could go on.
Forget putting this one in the safe....I'm putting this one in my pocket!!

How's the thickness on these? I've noticed a few of the ZT knives are extra beefy behind the edge, with the 0551 being so thick that it splits my apple before I can cut all the way through.

Suprisingly thin 
Think Strider CC versus Lego in difference. IMHO, the handle is outstanding along with the overall thin carry profile. Blade thickness is the same between the 0550 vs 0560 but the knife itself is contoured in width too.

Blade thickness is the same between the 0550 vs 0560 but the knife itself is contoured in width too.So, I also got mine today. No pix, it looks just like the others but it has serial #141. Now as to the comparison issue, I was really expecting the KVT to be a game changer. It is not, at least not on this knife. On a folder with a lighter blade, maybe. Compared with an XM, THERE IS NOT MUCH DIFFERENCE in the blade deployment. However, if we consider that this is a production knife which may not have someone testing the amount of friction on each piece, this knife clearly shows up as a remarkable value. At a mere $260, one can be somewhat cavalier about this knife being for hard use. It is a wonderful knife and a tremendous value, but it is NOT, I repeat IT IS NOT head and shoulders above the XM. It is probably as close as you will get to the XM, but it does not surpass it. The curved scale surfaces are very nice, but not too aggressive. I was anticipating more curvature. This is not a game-changer when compared to a flat scale. Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE THIS KNIFE! And I am certainly looking forward to my 0560 mate for it. But, I will not be liquidating my XM collection any time soon. Again, much, much gratitude to Kershawguy for his diligence in following up with customer/friends.

My 0561 just arrived today (thanks Dave). It is a beautiful knife but I need to play with it for a few days before I decide how much I really like it. 
As indicated in other posts the KVT pivot is good but doesn't reinvent the laws of physics. It is damn sharp in any case. Sorry no pics yet.
