New ZT/Hinderer Flipper is Coming!!!0560/0561

My 0561 came yesterday, Smoothest opening knife I've ever owned, Rock solid lock up, Low ride pocket clip.
It is perfect!!! Exactly what I expected. Happy with the serial number too.:)

I got an 0560 a few days ago and it came with no flaws, very happy with the knife. You won't see mine on the exchange. I don't find it to light or to heavy. I would say it's just right. What I would like to really comment on is how easy it opens using the thumb stud left handed. I found this surprising. I mean it opens with little resistance as opposed to trying to open it right handed with the thumb stud, which is nearly impossible. Does anyone know why this is?

The ball lock is in the frame lock so right handed your pushing aginst it, left handed away from.

Just a few minutes ago my 0560 was delivered to me in my office.
What a beauty. I like it a lot and you won't find that knife in "the exchange", and I'm thinking of getting me
a CF scale too. But I'll wait a little just to get used to the original G10.
And please those guys who get custom scales, post pics as soon you've got them on.
I need some samples to decide what I'm gonna order.

Thank you for posting the pocket clip picture. Sometimes I have to wear dress slacks and the pockets on them are identical to your pants. The pocket line goes up vertical, where as jeans or other normal pants kind of...curve out and then up so it makes it easier to hold a knife. Dress slacks' pockets don't get along with pocket clips most of the time. The clip tends to want to bunch up the fabric in the corner it sits in, and really looks awkward in your pocket.

Also...To all you guys getting the LSCF, I'm glad you are. I'm going to be the only unique one with the normal CF that's textured. :D I'll definately post some pictures when I get the knives and the scales.

I'm the only one to get orange on the first batch. I'm sure he's gotten a bunch more orders for it since then

I was surpised as well by how easy mine is to open from the left. Being right handed I seldom even try left hand opening except for my Spydercos since I don't have a lot of models with either a flipper or double studs but tried it with my 0560 the first might I had it and wow!

It's easy and smooth. As long as I keep my grip from putting pressure on the lock bar mine is nearly effortless (once you get past the detent) with either hand using either the flipper of the studs. A really nice and unforseen benefit to this purchase.

If you get your finger "under" the thumb studs and push diagonally it's easy. I think a lot of people are applying too much pressure on top of the thumb stud

I was going to post a pic of the knife in the pocket of my jeans since I figure that's what most of us wear, I also worked in an office for over 25 years so I know what you mean about the pockets on slacks, My knife has ruined several pairs of work pants. I had just gotten back from the gym and didn't feel like changing my sweats, I didn't recall reading about the low riding clip or seeing pics so I figured it would be a good idea to post one, Glad it helped.:)

Got my 560 today. Pre ordered it from knife center exactly 1 month ago. Thanks guys. I cant believe how light it is for the size of the knife. My detent is a little strong but should break in with time. Awesome well thought out knife
