Fortunately, the scales will be easily swapped. But I gotta give it to them for coming up with something that is both tasteful and different.

Tough crowd in here. You can always sand the G-10 scale to get rid of the pattern and smooth out the scale. On a black scale it's not even going to be that noticeable... Especially when it's in your hand while you're using it or in your pocket while carrying it.

If anything, I think the knife takes away from the brick pattern. Is there still time to do a last minute fix and get some real brick in there?

The brick pattern has grown on me..

But it would be nice if you could get different colored G10 scales for these. Like plain ole black, rescue orange, green, brown/FDE etc...
