Does that mean people who refer to the town they live in as "my home" means they are claiming it belongs to them?

Ex: Frederick, MD is my home.

Does that mean I own the whole dang city? :eek:

Halbie, you have posted more than thirty times today, and none of those posts contributed anything to this forum. How can you no longer contribute to this forum when you never did?
 
The fact that someone would get so convinced that KF was a front for Mike Stewart because of not understanding that "our forum" means the barkie forum on KF that they
would compare it to Clintons famous lie kind of proves that at the very least there is

1 a real difficulty with the english language in general and the word "our" in particular.

2 a predisposition to assume the worst about Mike.


I don't have any barkies although I will probably pick up a Mikro something or other and a HBK someday. I do have some friends who's opinion I really value who have quit expensive customs to concentrate on barkies because they have been so impressed.

Now that is not to say that some of the bark river fans are not just as crazy as any one else on the internet.

Anyone who has been in any business as long as Mike Stewart is going to have some deals go south and some people will be unhappy. I have only been in my business for s few years and even though I try my best you can't keep everyone happy. That there is a couple people out there who did not like how things went 99% + of the people I know who have had issues with knives had them handled professionally and fairly.

I can tell you right now that the A2 story is not true. No because have any inside info but because how cheap A2 steel is makes it totally stupid to risk a rep that he has worked so hard to build. It would be ridiculous to save a few bucks and risk a brand that has done so well recently.

edit- decided to stay out of it, but I'll NEVER buy anything Mike is associated with, or go anywhere where he is a Mod
