NOTABLE PAIRS : Only traditionals

John, the knives you've posted lately are absolutely incredible! I'd love to see one big "family" pic posted one day!

Thanks Mark and Rob. Family pics are tough!

Backside mammoth is an excellent match to the front on both of these.

I like my Northfield #42 and my Northwoods Norfolk Whittler together:

I also sometimes pair the Whittler with a GEC #73

Or the Whittler with another, larger Northwoods:

Either way, I really can't go wrong...

Outstanding, Primble!! Now all you need is to whittle your shepherd's crook ( staff ):D and head out to " The Basque Block" in Idaho

The staff has yet to be passed... I too will rise again as the sheep shepherd! Wait a second I am a Shepherd... maybe that is why I love sheep foot blades so much! Ha ha. Super great pair Primble!

This is the las time this pair will be together... sold ole blackie tonight.

Thank you Gevo - head out to Idaho!!! :eek::eek::eek:

Hey - isn't that up near knowtracks territory? :confused: I might find some of my missing sheep up there, if I snooped around his place! :rolleyes::D ........

.... or a bullet. :D

Thank you Todd and you should have more sheep to watch out for, beginning - well - today I reckon ! ;):D

Great pairs everyone! :thumbup::)

All this talk of sheep...I might have to root out my old shearers:D

In the meantime, these two Stock-knives sport some decent sheep feet between them. What is surprising is how much slimmer, light and svelte the GEC Dixie is compared to the no nonsense behemoth CASE LargeStockman.

I have Jack Black to thank for reminding me of my first knife ,made in Sheffield.When I was a boy it was the brand to own,it’s good to be reminded of one’s roots.
