Notice!! A Black Jack!!

[QUOTE="Jolipapa, post: Amazing collection! Amazing also to see that shapes are completely different depending of the country. I'll forward he picture to my friend whose wife as the same interest. One day he was complaining of the bulk it represents in the dresser where she keeps them, she replied joking that he was lucky because she had once considered to collect anvils instead (but she has also a few irons).:D:D:D

Very few cutlers have made old Aurillacs, the best being as often by Mathieu Herrero (pipe dream ). Worked bolsters are period correct.

These are extremely slim knives.QUOTE]
Beautiful knife (same pipe dream!!;)) I am now officially looking for one!!:D

They should all look like this, Darren!! Some may not have my "dot" at the bottom, but the rest of the label should be Identical!! I added the dot to some so I wouldn't confuse them when they shared a box!!:rolleyes:View attachment 1363998
Wow, I missed or had forgotten that there were some single blade Black Jacks. When waverave waverave asked about them, I assumed they were just a blade deleted knife.

My Black Jack is one of my few knives that lives in its tube. I’ve run out of room to keep them all out on display.

I know I am bringing up an old thread… I missed these when they first came out but snagged one when gunstockjack found a few and put them up for sale. It will be here soon!
How about some new pictures to tide me over friends?

Since this thread has received a bump, I gotta say, it hurts my eyes to see dice on a knife named “Black Jack” and even further burns to see that the numbers on the dice are wrong, opposite sides are supposed to add up to 7.

Hope you’re happy with it though!

The moral of the story is that you can be a good engraver and a poor player 🤣

PS : and it's safer than the opposite ;)
