Nuclear Payload! Hidden Treasure! Buried Here!

What is that black thing by the shoe?

Looks like a Black blade stuck in the ground, or is it the shovel?

Oh, no matter I found this one already. Nice knife :D:D:D

Jerry has buried several thousand $'s worth of Busse Knive around the country and every know and then lets out clues to where some are hidden?

Yep, you got it :D:D

I think there have been clues posted for a long time. Check out the pic, maybe some of Jerry's posts in the last several months etc etc. Maybe not enough to lead you directly to the knife but I think there have been several to get you in the right state at least. I know of a couple just from thinking back. :D:D

Just in case you think its easy to find these, it's important to note that I buried a boat-load of these back in the '80's and only one has been found (congrats again Drew) and he didn't have to solve the riddle!

Thanks again Jerry! I may not have had to solve the riddle, but it did take three trips into the North Woods to finally locate the buried Busse. Now it's heading back to Wauseon for a visit with Papa.:)

For those of you who are on the hunt for the latest INFI cache; remember that Jerry is a Master when it comes to riddles and misdirection.;) If you think you've located the correct spot but can't find the rock, check behind you. I was pointed in the wrong direction the first two times I went out, but after a couple e-mails and calls to the shop, Jerry remembered the twist in the riddle. The third time it actually took longer to walk up the Knob that it did to unearth this rare Busse.

Good Luck to each of you on your INFI adventure! :D

Jerry -- Could you please fill us in on the background of this blade once you've had a chance to welcome it back home?
Is there any chance that this model might be brought back in INFI?
And finally, anything else hidden in Minnesota or the surrounding states? I'm ready for another road trip.:D :D

Edited for spelling and image problems -- Drew

Drew, Actually, I think it would have been much easier on you if you had had the riddle. . . I'm not too sure that there's anyone else out there that would've made the trip that many times with me giving the directions. The only thing more vague than my riddles, are my specific directions!! ;)

Nice Job!!!!

Oh, and did I tell you the part about how I never send "Payload" knives directly back? No? I just rebury them in your area and make you start diggin' again. . . .I was afraid that I had failed to mention that!!!! ;)

Good luck again!

Jerry

Jerry, With or without the riddle...I would have kept making the trip until I found the "Payload". ;) That area is just too beautiful to not have an enjoyable visit. Each time I started back home I felt rested and refreshed. There's just something about going into the woods alone....I'm sure you all know what I mean. :)

Oh, and did I tell you the part about how I never send "Payload" knives directly back? No?

LOL!:D I think you conveniently omitted that part from your last e-mail. ;) No Worries! I'm ready for another search and recovery adventure. Let's try a riddle this time. Just include the riddle in the box when you send back my AS, PH, B9 and whatever new INFI grinds you've got lying around, and I'll get ready to hit the road. :D ;) :D

If you can't come up with a riddle; can I get the directions from Jennifer? ;)

Followin' the Nuclear Enigma,

You're CRAZY Jerry. My curiosity is simply killing me right now. Actually, you should be pretty proud of yourself since not many people can drive this many people crazy by simply putting a picture on the internet of a rock and some moss. Good luck to everyone on this and thanks Jerry for providing all of us with something to think, obsessively about.

WOOPS, That sad face was supposed to be a smiley face. LOL, shows how much I know about forums. No offense to anyone.

Sharpen your shovel Blade-Addict! There's one coming to a rock near you! ;)

Dolce Casa!

Jerry

Nice try to sneak a clue in Jerry. But I already know what it means! Mwahahaha:p

Trust me Jerry, if I ever get a clue for a knife in Washington like you said, I'll be there in a second. I wonder what kind of gas mileage a backhoe gets?

Ya know jerry, if you ever need help hiding some knives in washington, I know some GREAT canyons and hidden caves and stuff. (Right now is where I would insert a smiley face with a wink but since I don't know how to do that I am writing this little explanation) Lol, sorry, I'm pretty new here. Although I do know some cool places around washington.
