I thought the social security reference might correspond to an number. 65, 67, or 70. Highway numbers along the Tennesse River?
Plus 30, a milemarker? I haven't seen a black label since woodcutting with my Dad years ago. Isn't it Carlington Black Label? Maybe check on the distributer?
