Glad to see you getting orders out of this Nick. You made one hell of a nice looking knife.:thumbup: I would love to have bought all three. I think I'll just stop paying bills:mad:

not to be a pest or anything, but would it be possible to get one made with a 4 in. blade instead of 5 in... let me know and i can try and get a deposit to you....:D

Hi Mike, I don't see any problem with a 4" blade. I think that model is one of them that helped get this rolling. One thing though, I'm not sure if the sheath will be long enough to accommodate a firesteel. I will give it a try though. Price would be the same as the 5" model. I would drop the $8.00 if the firesteel doesn't fit.

Oh just run away to the north when summer hits, j/k. I cant run away, im stuck in east texas. But i've been dealing with these summers for 20 years...one more isnt going to hurt.


Anyway we could get a sticky on this? I thought I missed out until i realized it was a page back. Deposit should be sent tomorrow, unless our paychecks dont come in.

Both threads are stuck, and there's a site wide announcments on this as well. I'd suggest you guys using your signatures to advertise it as well. As for "my" knife, I'm happy with anything, and would prefer a pouch for an Army firesteel since I have one of those in my gear.

To be fair, I think Spark should get the first ones. (One from you and one from Ken) As a thanks for letting us do this, and for making the home here we all like to hang out in :)
 
Ok, done deal then, as soon as I have the first one done I'll send it off to him. I was actually thinking of doing that all along but wanted to ask, just to be sure.
I also just tracked your package and UPS says it will be there on Fri. 5-18
