Oeser Knives...

It's breath taking. I think this knife puts re-assure that Jared is one of the leading knife makers. Congrats to both of you on most successful project.

Thanks again to you all for the kind words...as great as they make me feel I'm sure they must really make Jared proud (and rightfully so).

I honestly believe that the sky is the limit for Jared and feel that he promises to be one of the makers that folks will be talking about for years to come like some other "tip of the spear" makers that I'm proud to call close friends.

Looks GREAT Jared! That pattern is my favorite of all Cattle knives! you did an outstanding
job on it! Very well done! Congrats my friend..

WOW.

Looks like a million bucks Jared!

I can't wait to hear what you have to say once you've had a chance to carry it Elliott. Maybe you can drop by the house with it in your pocket? I will let you sit in my favorite Lay-Z-Boy recliner :D.

I'm starting to second guess all the nice things I've ever thought or said about you.;)

Just a quick note before I head off to town to say that the knife arrived safe and sound today and exceeded my expectations on every level.
Had a very pleasant discussion with Jared about the knife after it came and now I've had to turn it over to my missus until I can have it in a few days for my b'day.

I'm proud and fortunate to own the knives I've received from Jared and look forward to adding more as time and opportunity allow. My honest opinion is that Jared will be a force to be reckoned with in the custom knife world for many years to come.

Thanks again to all of you who have shared your thoughts.

Elliott,

I think you are completely correct about J, he's a rare talent with a different and pleasant perspective on Traditional Pocket Knives.
His knives have been pushed to the top of my list as far as new acquisitions are concerned, he fills the bill for me and that is discovering
new and superior knife makers. He rides the fine line of two businesses and of course his of wonderful family. I would like to see him go full time
but that's a selfish wish on my part. He's also a humble man, unusual in this day and age.

Elliott and Jeff, those are some very humbling comments from two guys I deeply respect. Thank you.

J. is also tall.

He does not know this, but in my house we often refer to him as Handsome Rob.

We collected another brand of knives, and met for the first time as part of that. He was not at all what we were expecting. My wife was sure I would come away from that encounter dead (in a ditch some where).

J. is the first person from BF that I ever met in real life. We met up at a park, and he had tons of knives to show me.

My wife was sure he would be a nerdy internet knife guy, with low social skills.

For some reason I referred to him as Handsome Rob, and the nick name stuck. If I ever refer to him as such, my wife knows who I am talking about.

Funny stuff. I don't think I have let him in on that nick name till just now.

T, I think you told me that before. Funny thing is, Robert is my middle name. LOL Now just don't start talking about my jeans...

Am proud to own Jared's first ivory halfted folder. 3 3/4" OAL closed, locks up like a fixed blade, nice contrast between the etched O1, liners and ivory. Fit and finish precision is on target with the best. Thanks!
