I doubt it man, I've never tried it though. Any kind of decent sized wood fire will with the introduction of air.

agreed.

You need to reach like 1400F.
The middle of the red-hot coals of a fire will get you there. There is no red-hot middle of a grill.
The grill might do a decent temper, but not annealing.

Alright so I've got this dream of getting a Fiddleback Forge or two, so unfortunately a couple of Becker Knives are for sale. BeckerHeads with a Gold membership or above get a 10% discount.

PM me with questions about where to find it.

Tomorrow will be a good day for me. Gonna be finished with work an hour earlier than usual (1415 instead of 1515 - it's a German tradition) then go to an archery shop with a friend (who is friends with the store owner, discounts rule :D) to get my Samick SHT recurve, then when I get home my Martin Swinkels kydex and Victorinox SwissTool will be waiting for me here. Yay!

Here's the bow...

Nice looking bow and your form looks pretty good too!

Maybe, but the way she told me was that they were out of that particular color. I know OD had to be an option for color still cause there's no way Id have picked foliage(Army grey). Excellent customer service though, seriously.

it's technically illegal if not just bad form to ship alternate items without customer consent and charge for them. bait and switch with i think we call that mail fraud, and credit fraud? yes? :) i'd tell them "thanks for the substitution, but i'll be wanting a further discount or a pre-paid return label, or i can have my credit card company refute the charge, how's that sound".

suck. that said, it's not a BAD color, but you didn't order it. krylon. LOL. are they serious? krylon their asses.

LOL! That's not me. That's just some old dude shooting his bow. I'm 20 yrs, 6ft, 165 lbs :D

Oh and Bladite, that is the EXACT reason why I'm getting a recurve. I mean, I'm gonna make all kinds of crazy gimmicks for it, just 'cause I can, but it's still a lot simpler. Easier to maintain and repair. Survival-y, and stuff. (Real word, too :D)

damn meat your only 20? you look OLD in the video man, too much german beer i guess....

you should get a quiver, keeping you arrows in your back pocket seems dangerous. Btw where can i get that sweater/hat combo?

I thought it was a swacket. Look it up. :D

some old dude. nice :) you should just give your bow to some old dude, cuz you'll never shoot it good, and probably will lose it in the woods on a drunken youth spree ;)

165 lbs? yeah, that'll change. we'll beef you up some. put some meat around your belly area. good stuff :>

the only gimmick i put on my bow was some vibration "spiders" at the top and bottom. laced them in with a little fake sinew since they have a tendency to fall out when the string is not under tension.

and a bow stringer. LOVE bow stringers. no change to damage or twist the limbs.

Meat your one weird SOB.....

I love auctions that end in the early morning hours or the wee hours of the night.
This is my favorite non-locking SAK model, and I snagged this one for a song.
