TM just seen your knife, absolutley sick man.. You dont waste any time. Thanks guys, my wife got ahold of a neighbor and we just seen the news its still quite a ways from our house so i think we may stay here tonight and see what happens tomorrow, this weather reminds me of being in cali.... Need to pray for rain... Unreal weather

The wife and I took the little princess to her first Mariners game a few weeks ago.
Had a great time.
She was super excited to meet the Mariners Moose, but once we got close to take a picture, she hung on tight to me like super glue.
Doesn't get much better than this:

That is awesome! You definitely need to plan a trip to hit Wrigley and Fenway when you get a chance. They are, I think, the last two of the old stadiums. They are just amazing to sit in.

Well, I'm pretty much finished with the dagger I was heat treating the other night. The pattern on the damascus and the mokume turned out real nice. Gotta make a sheath now.

Dude, that is gorgeous. I like the little heart in the hilt/ricasso area. It's like "yeah I'm gonna look 'cute' when I stab you!"

So ive been at the lake now for four days, i wake up this morning to the smell of fire. Get on my phone to check conditions and find out there are major wild fires happening in Creek County !!!! 40 homes have been destroyed ILIVE IN CREEK COUNTY !!!!!!! Wifes trying to get a hold of neighbors to see how close it is in our area, i live in the sticks and my house will go up like kindling.... Im freaking out...
Hope everything works out for you man. Fire is just scary, especially if you aren't actually THERE so can't do anything.

WOW, I just about choked on my mouse.
NICE double-grind. You've got major skills AND cajones to push a double towards a centered feature *on both sides* like that heart and pull it off.

That's really cool that you say that Jared. Most poeple don't get it. I put hearts on a lot of my custom stuff. Because it equals out the bad (the purpose of the knife. To stab u) with the good. The ying and yang concept. Thanks for the complement and I look forward to seeing you again at Big E place in oct.

I love the purity of baseball you feel there with the lack of the jumbo screens. Wrigley is my favorite, but I have a feeling its not going to be around as we know it for much longer.

Thank daizee. The grind was a bitch. The pictures don't show but it hollow ground. Which is even harder in my book but I wanted to showcase the pattern in the steel so what better grind than the hollow. When I complete the sheath I'm gonna put a full post with pics and stats on the knifemakers gallery. If you like I'll forward it to you when I do.

I spotted it instantly, it made me chuckle but I didn't realize it was intentional with that in mind. That makes it awesome. I look forward to seeing you again sir. (I almost stopped by your place last weekend but I couldn't remember where in Indiana you lived, I drove from Marengo cave up to Lafayette for a burger.)

I kind of get that feeling too, but I hope it doesn't go. If anything, leave Wrigley alone and let the cubs build a new stadium somewhere else. So many weekends of my childhood were spent riding the metra to the red line to the field. I made that trip alone from when I was 12.

Oof, hollow too? so much harder to correct the mating edge of the grinds...

Yes, send the link when you post it! (or did you mean you'd fwd the knife? you can do that too. :D)

Sorry Daisee, I don't think the dude that's buying this knife would appreciate it if I sent it to you to pick your teeth with it first! ;-)

It was a last minute thing... I was supposed to go to Chicago, but woke up Saturday morning and said "screw this" grabbed my camping stuff and went down by Marengo and then on Sunday played in the cave, then monday drove around indiana and back home.

Someone appears to have their Reinhardt Becker Kukri up on the bay.

Y'all are gonna give Todd a bigger head than he has already. His brain is already agoraphobic .

I hate getting sniped on the flea bay. If you want it bad enough, have the balls to pony up the dough up front. That is all. Now I feel better.
