Been working on knots this week. I've tied a four-in-hand all my life. Last week, I learned to tie a bow tie, and today, I added a half-Windsor and a Windsor to the arsenal. All I need is a haircut, a mani-pedi, and a good snuggle with Moose, and I'll be quite the dandy.

So I scored a new ken onion worksharp only used once and an edge pro clone today for $120.


Problem is the guy I got it from is an old machinist and makes custom solid aluminum knife grinders. Nicer than any I've seen. Now I want to buy the one he has ready. It's variable speed and all that good stuff. Ugh. What to do?
