Took the kid to the pool. In between playtime managed two sets of 6 laps. So that's 300m which comes out to 1 Becker Buck (TM). Wow, now I remember why I dislike laps in the pool. Gonna be doing the rest walking the dog me thinks :)

11/15:

Starting early friday morning I walked 1.3 miles by walking my daughter to school, dropped her off then walked to the store for a couple 2 liters of pepsi, then carried them 2 liters back home. 1.3 miles again.

Total AM walking 2.6 miles

Then i went to pick my daughter up in the afternoon, which its .7 of a mile to her school the short way, so I lengthened it to 1 mile by taking another route i plotted in google maps on the way there, SO 1 mile to pick her up but she didnt want to take the long way so only .7 mile home.

Total PM walking 1.7 miles

Friday 11/15 total of 4.3 miles walked.
 
Had about 20 minutes to kill while the girls had their swim lesson - swam 1/2 mile myself for 3 Becker points.
Fell asleep early from too many late nights this week, so the dog didn't get her walk. Have to make up for it tomorrow.

I was going to run today but my body wasn't feeling up to it :(

I play rugby with my college and my body got beat up to hell the last two weeks. My left knee is what's really holding me back, I stressed it out a little too much and I do not want to take myself out for the count because I was too stubborn to lay off of it, so I'm just taking a bit of a breather when it comes to running. I'm giving it a week or so of rest, then I'm popping back to show you old guys how its done :p
 
Ran for 3 miles, walked for 1 on the track. Also did abs and pushups today, and probably walked another two miles in the course of the day, but we won't count those. Call it 4 BP's for me.

Quite a good pace for just walking, imo. But only for short duration.
Activity: Walking. Distance: 2.75 miles. Total BP 'till now: 6.91BP
 
Ugh. Woke up to like 8" of snow. -18C with the wind chill (0F). Grabbed the dog and my Sorrells and ventured outside. Had to post hole almost the entire way. Helped push out a stuck car. Managed only 1.75 miles in about 50 mins before I called it quits. Ahh the joys of living in Canada. At least the dog had fun.

That gives me a paltry 2.75 Becker Points so far.
 
Chalk up another 1.25 miles for me running. I also lifted for an hour and a half. Will see if I can't get a bit more butt-moving later tonight as well.
 
Just got back from swimtraining. Swam for one hour, took too much breaks and laughed too much so I only got one mile. Was planning on swimming the second hour as well but I forgot that I had to give training that hour myself, lol. Improvisation it was.
Activity: Swimming. Distance: 1 mile. Total BP until now: 12.91 BP
 
I got dropped off at home last night. As such for right now I only have 3 Becker points. I'll try to get back out for another walk this evening, as long as my hangover goes away.
 
did a 5.7 miles interval jogging this morning, so that brings up the total to 7.7 BP with yesterday's ride. I'm using the map my run app for jogging/walking and runtastic app for the mountain bike, and since I have them linked to my fb account I can't post from work as facebook is firewalled here.

Maybe tomorrow morning I will fiddle with posting stuff from home AS I PLAN TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TOMORROW!!! LOL, yesterday's ride left me with a busted left knee from a high side bucking and today's run left me with a blisters on both feet and a semi-comatose state after reaching my house, shower and breakfast. But I feel great that I was able to do it after so long without running!

No, seriously, great job to everyone who has posted. I didn't feel up to a run today, but I'm going for a longer run tomorrow.

Thanks for the initiative man. It's something I could really use, and it came at the right time. What some online total strangers can make you do, right :)
 
Walked the freaking dog again, for 1.5 miles, and then rode my 19.2 lb mountain bike for 12 miles.

Let's see, that's 4.5 points + 6 points = 10.5 points Not bad for a Medicare recipient.:p
Dog walking x 3 = 4.5 miles + 10 mile bike ride

TTD Walk Points - 9 points
TTD MTB Bike Points - 11 points
 
I forgot to screen shot it, So far I did a 2.2 mile walk to work, then we took a tour of the campus which was .98 miles, and I have a walk home.

The program I have is free, but you have to pay for it to record... Didn't realize that.

11/16/2013 jogged 3.24 miles and cooled down with a nice walk for 0.38 miles for a total of 3.6 Becker Points. Scheduling runs is going to be harder than I initially thought.
