rokclmb, you're an animal.

I managed to convince the kids to ride bikes to the park - 2 mi (road) round trip.
Took the dog for a good 1.5mi walk.
2 points for the day, for a total of 6.
 
I was busy working this weekend, so had to join in a little late. My first BP (Becker Points) exercise was a 2.5 mile walk with a 15-pound backpack. I'm slowly getting back into hiking shape. In official format:

11/17/13: walked 2.5 miles for 2.5 BP
Total BP: 2.5
 
11/15:

Starting early friday morning I walked 1.3 miles by walking my daughter to school, dropped her off then walked to the store for a couple 2 liters of pepsi, then carried them 2 liters back home. 1.3 miles again.

Total AM walking 2.6 miles

Then i went to pick my daughter up in the afternoon, which its .7 of a mile to her school the short way, so I lengthened it to 1 mile by taking another route i plotted in google maps on the way there, SO 1 mile to pick her up but she didnt want to take the long way so only .7 mile home.

Total PM walking 1.7 miles

Friday 11/15 total of 4.3 miles walked.

1.5 mile walk this morning.

Total 5.8 miles to date
 
EPIC MORNING!!!!!!! Started with 1 cup of coffee in bed. Then work was cancelled and I was going to go back to sleep when I thought "ya know what... skip it! I'm getting up anyway!" so I did, and I through on some shorts and a shirt and went to run errands. I was walking out the door when I thought "I can do better than this." so I grabbed my pack and threw my water bladder in it, and 2x 15lb weight plates and went for my errands. I ended up walking just under 5 miles. So, 4.9mi walked this morning. :/ I'll be going back out here this afternoon.

So, the 4.4+4.9 gives me a total of 9.3Becker points so far!
 
My phone got rained on, but that didn't stop me. Google maps got me my distances.

Friday 11/15/13 - Jogged 1.5 miles - 1.5 points
Saturday 11/16/13 - Walked pushing wheelbarrows full of firewood - 3 miles - 3 pts

4.5 total Becker points through 11/17/13
 
Saturday was last day of my son's T-ball and his 3rd birthday party.. I walked about 9 miles that day, but I can only officially log 2.6 miles of outdoor walking.
Sunday was another birthday party, I didn't get anything official logged.
This morning was back to the gym 1.74 miles on treadmill...
Total to date Becker Bucks™ = 6.11

I got a new battery for my pedometer too, so I can start logging steps on that. It has a download function so i can chart my miles...

So, I haven't been around for a while. And I see this thing going on, and a closed thread with signups. Is it to late to get going on this?

If not, then I'm IN.

I ride my bike to work every day, but I live real close (1.5 miles one way), so its not really going to give me many points.

Hopefully this will give me enough motivation to get out there and to some of my longer rides (15-20 miles) that I haven't been doing lately. The relative lack of Cardio is hurting me in my once or twice a week pickup futsal games :(.

So, since the 15th, I've biked 9 miles. That should be 2.25 BP if I'm calculating that correctly.
 
1.25 more miles this morning. About to go to the gym for round 2. I'm at 6.5 so far. Hopefully will be over 10 later tonight.
 
Rode a 16 mile round trip (mostly trails) to a friends house, then to a skatepark, then to another friends house and then home. Unfortunately map by ride doesn't seem to work when my phone is locked? I used google maps to determine the distance.

Another evening, another 2" of snow. Slogged out another 2.03 miles of dog walking. Saw a coyote walk across the road like 20 feet in front of us. Dog went nuts. Some sight to see in the city. Total Becker points to date: 7.66
