11/16- 5.7 miles jogging/walking = 5.7 BP
11/21- 9.5 miles on MTB but on the street / 4 = 2.4 BP

total : 10.4 BPs. On Saturday I might attempt another 6 mile run...boy oh boy do I need proper sneaks
