The Gathering is Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I would prefer that folks not show up any earlier than Thursday. I've spoken with E many times on this, and we don't want our Gatherings turning out like PWYP, folks begin showing up at Terrill's place, a full 7 days before PWYP is supposed to start.

I do know that some are planning to show up on Wednesday, and to be honest, that's pushing it. Ethan has things that he needs to be doing, and he's the kind of person that if guests are there on his property, he will want to "entertain". Thus, taking him away from things that he needs to be doing anyways.

Keeping his butt on task is difficult enough as is.

Some folks have been ASKED to show up early, to help with the setup and campsite prep, but ASKED is the key word.

Thursday evening at the earliest please.

Erik, you are never a bother. You know that.

If you are needing to get their early, you know what we do and how we do it, you're more than welcome to show up and help E out.

Derek and Pointy always show up early and help get the place ready to go, Murph and couple others should be there Wednesday.

I don't know when I'll be there, either late Friday or early Saturday. Have things to do with the oldest daughter on Friday night so I'm not sure when we'll be there.
 
I'm gonna be leaving out from St. Louis Thursday morning. I should get there around supper time on Thursday. If you need help with set up or anything let me know.
 
Mrs. Pointy and I should be there about the same time Derek arrives. Really stoked, starting to gather everything up... The beer will be a wet hopped nut brown made with a yeast strain I developed to work fast and finish clean(er)... hope it'll agree with everyone's palates !
 
Hey fellas....3 spots just opened up. I was going to drive to Panzer's place then we were going to pick up jcl-md in Maryland on the way through. Now Panzer and I both cant make it, and Jason (Jcl-md) dosnt have his ride (us). Life happens. sorry yall. I do hope to make it to a gathering soon.

Sucks you can't go. I was lookin forward to meetin you. I do not know this Jason fellow, and I don't know where in ohio you all are from, but if he wants to make arrangments with me, I'm coming from Indiana (seymour) if he can get anywhere close he's welcome to ride with me. Just a thought. I'm willing to help.
 
I think I will be there Thursday afternoon - if I am a little early I will be glad to help with whatever needs to be done.

*Sigh* Wish I could go. For those of you who haven't cold-weather-hammocked, I recommend a ground pad under your sleeping bag!
 
As it stands now my eta should be around noon friday. I believe Murph's better half is hitchin a ride with me, so you guys have our lunch ready will ya;)
 
I should be rolling in between 1-3 PM on Wednesday with the missus, and Pointy and his wife not too far behind.
 
We are going to need to coordinate some pickups at the airport. Ark gets in Wednesday night around 10 PM, and I believe the Capn will be in on Thursday morning.

We can have a drinking contest at 5pm Wed. Loser gets Ark later that night.
