SK-4 got plenty of use around camp from carving sticks to getting the fire going. You can see it's kind of dark so those neon green handles really helped me out a few times when I had to find the knife after laying it down.
Made some hot tea and sausages while we were out there too. We needed the smoke from the fire to ward of some of the mosquitoes.
I even got to spend a little time cleaning up the edge on the SK-4 since I hadn't even stropped it after the last round of corrosion tests. It was sharp enough for working in the woods but I find the edge work to be a bit therapeutic.
My favorite pic of the whole day was taken by my buddy Dan though. My son figured out how to get Wi-Fi somewhere in the woods and spent the afternoon eating junk food, swatting away mosquitoes, and watching YouTube videos. LOL!
