Imagine my surprise of working crazy hours, travelling a ton, getting taxes done, only to open the mailbox and what do I find to my absolute complete surprise?!

Wait, What?! I don't remember placing any orders recently unless I've come down to subliminal ordering or having to open it up only to find it's someone else's and have to send it back

Going from total surprise to to immediate elation and utter gratitude. I feel honored to have been sent such an amazing gift and can't begin to thank Guy and Ellie enough. More photos to come, but I wanted to get one up for you guys fast!

Thanks TT! I've got more than hell planned for it, gonna run with some smoke jumper buddies in yosemite this spring as well as the day to day work life and cooking of course

So far I have to say that I'm really loving the updates to the GSO line, especially those handles!

Thanks! I've been been catching up on photos for that as well as coming up with a format as years of professional cooking has ruined my ability to read or write recipes , but so far I have one just about ready to post that I did with the GSO 6.
