Official SURVIVE! picture thread

That food looks amazing!!!!!

Nice shirt

It's even tastier when you're hungry after the hike :)

That looks like a great place to get away to squarebox86!

Indeed, thankfully we had a light drizzle/overcast throughout the day so the hike was nice and cooling if not, hiking in the tropics is often a sweaty affair. What made the day sweeter was that we were the only people there; Normally there would be about 20-30 people sharing the spot.

Yes your fasion is quite tastful!

S!K shirt and boonie! Cant go wrong with that

What can I say other than I'm a big fan of S!K :D

Two pics that demonstrate the handyness of an S!K necker! You can lip a bass while holding it and you can cut a line and then keep it fingered while you tie on a new lure. The knife is always ready for use on my kayaking trips. I wear it on a "550 cord operator's tactical neck knife sling"

Very cool, Riz! Handy, indeed.

But "paracord necklace"? Really? Isn't the correct term "operator lanyard" or at least "tactical knife cord"?

:D

I fixed it! Good catch. Totally wasnt very manly of me to call it a paracord necklace!

Yes. Between Brunswick MD and Point of Rocks MD. The area is called Lander. I drift from lander to P.O.R. It takes about 5-6 hous if you really take your time and anchor out and fish it thoroughly. If you never stop its about 2.5 hours max. Those pics were taken in an area where I was between an island and the edge of the river. It looks more like a creek. There are a bunch of spots like that. The fish just werent biting today. I saw nice smallmouth everywhere but they just wouldnt hit.

I've been up there drifting down the river back in my bachelor days. It's beautiful up there.
