"Dale at theknifeconnection.net has sent you a package!"
Subject line of an e-mail I just received....
some TKC G10 goodness...
giggity...
We have a small fenced in back yard area. Its only about 10'x15' but Neko loves it out there. In the last week or so though he has killed 5 mice back there. Mostly at night. He has learned i dont want him to eat them, that or he lost interests in eating them because now he is just killing them and bringing them to me and dropping them at my feet. Good i dont want him eating them. He eats better than lots of people, he doesnt need any mice. I also havent seen a single mouse inside since he killed 2 of them over a month or 2 ago. Now he goes outside and hunts them down!! He keeps going after birds too, but has not caught one of them yet.... He just hasnt figured out how to fly yet LOL
But naming him Neko turned out PERFECT. He grooms himself, doesnt like being held, and catches and kills mice... He is a better cat than most the cats i have had LMAO
One huge difference is he loves water though.
I bet he is going to make a great garden "protector"!! Anything that moves will be bitten LOL
Here is my buddy, he just got through playing in the water and rolling around in the dirt... he is a happy camper!!!

I can't find it on their site, but they have a deal called "The Fat Man Challenge" or something like that, it's a HUGE burger and fries with everything on it, weighs 3-4 pounds or something insane. If you finish it all in a certain time you get a t-shirt and your picture on the Wall of Fame. If you try it and fail, they put your picture on the Wall of Shame![]()
Yes he has, He is 7.5 months old now and when i look at his puppy pictures im like, damn where did the time go....
I honestly haven't had him weighed in a while. But he is about 16 inches at the withers. I doubt he will get any taller, if so not much at all. He his pretty much at his full adult height and length now according to the breed standard. He might get a little thicker and stockier, i have read they can keep filling out until 2 years old. I was told males faces get fatter when they get 1-2 years old as well.
Thats a seriously cute Pup.
Pass me a lefty and sign me upI get some seriously crazy Godzilla eating powers after that. My one problem would be the time limit. I once spent about almost 3 hours in a Montana's at all you could eat ribs night. Downed between 5-6lbs of ribs lol.
But one time i decided to "cheat" with a couple good smokes and take this 70 ounce steak challenge.... Eat the entire meal in 1 hour and its free.... I didnt make it LMAO
Man, he looks great!
LoL! but you tried! I'd so do the same thing.
In Allentown PA there is/was a place called Gregory’s Steakhouse that supposedly has a 120 OZ ribeye.
I heard it closed due to a fire but is suppose to reopen, may already be reopened i dont know... But that is a LOT of meat.

I know my limits... this I wouldn't atempt lol
Did you see that lady that ate two 72 oz steaks and trimmings in like 15 minutes?

I could never eat that much at my hungriest, much less that fast...

Incredible deal on those Hunts.
Today, my neighbor showed me his new knife, a Benchmade auto model AFO II. Thank you, Knife Rights, for your work on TN knife laws.

That's a handsome dog, ww. I think the mouse thing is pretty normal. Our Maggie will eat squirrels like candy, but as for rats and possums, she just snaps their necks and leaves them by the door or on the steps coming up to the deck. My cat Slippy doesn't eat anything she kills (that I know of), just now and then I'll find a dead snake or mouse mutilated in the middle of the shop floor. She once scared the hell out me with a baby bunny once... my daughter and I heard something screaming and crying downstairs... sounded almost humanTurns out Slippy had caught it outside, brought it into the basement, and by the time I found her she had it about half-skinned - but still alive. Vicious little bat-faced rascal... I love that cat
So just to recap: Guy was selling a TM Hunt Maguna and Hornet but would only take paypal, but I don't have a PP account and really don't feel like getting one (I've tried before and always had problems with them) but I had commented that I would have bought them if he would have taken a USPS MO. Anyway, I get an email from a BH that I haven't really ever interacted with (I don't know if he wants me putting his name out or not so I'll leave him anonymous for now) offering to buy the knives for me and I would send him a MO for the cost of the knives and shipping so I do it.
He paid for everything out of his own pocket and told me to wait on paying him until the knives were actually in the mail and on their way even though I offered to mail him the payment sooner. He emailed me again today to tell me that he got them and will be mailing them off tomorrow and to top it off the seller knocked $30 off the price because he/I/we bought two knives! Plus they knives look unused, which doesn't surprise me because I think they were blade show leftovers.
So two practically new Hunt knives for $210 + a USPS flat rate box which is like 5 bucks. I'm pretty stoked.
