I've been looking into getting one of those WW, let me know what you think of it once you form an opinion
Will do bud, I seen a youtube video where Gavko is using one to split wood, Now i dont think id use mine for all that unless im in a real bind, but it does feel like a very capable knife for its size. Like i said though, for me there is really only one way to hold it that is comfortable. Well now 2 since i added the wrapping, now i can get a further back grip. But so far im liking it, ill let you know after it gets some more use in too!!
That looks like a good solution, and a really interesting looking knife. Lots of blade for very little handle, though. You know I tend in the other direction.![]()
I didnt take a picture of the back, but the back has a belt clip, i may use it on my belt while in the bush more often than not really, it makes a great little cross draw blade and leaves room for my chopper on the right and then my flashlight can stay around my neck!! Being so little though if i was in a city somewhere (where open carry is permitted) id use it as a neck knife so it didnt accidentally get covered with my shirt and be considered concealed.
And yes it is a lot of blade for this small of a handle. The newer versions have finger guards but i like this model better. Ill actually get to see how the ones with the guards feel soon, an Aussie buddy has one passing through me.
That looks really good. I don't think the second hole is really intended to put your finger through anyway. I think it's just there to lighten the knife.
Thanks bud.
And yea i think the 2nd hole is for looks and weight reduction.
Also when i first got it in, before doing the wrap, i tried putting 2 fingers in it to use as knuckles and there is no way possible to put 2 fingers in there and use it as knuckles without breaking your finger/s in the first hit.
