I've always liked visiting large city's but would hate to live in one, we live in a decent sized college town and that's almost to much for me, we have land that is about a 10 minute drive from a small town that has almost nothing except for a grocery store, gas station, and two restraunts, and it's about 15-20 minuets from the county seat which has everything else, and thats about perfect for me

just got a new tablet/computer. I hate it already. Mostly my problems are with Windows 8 mostly (Oh how I miss the start button!!) and not necessarily the computer. My wife talked me into getting a HP Envy, despite her history with HP. I had briefly forgotten how HP totally sucks, and got it anyway. Stupid me!!

It took me awhile to get used to the new Windows. It doesn't bother me anymore.

HP should have a quick start button that acts like a start button. Looks like a rocket ship.

I'll have to look when I get home. Mine was already on the task bar at the bottom. Try right clicking the task bar and see if there is an option to pin quick start or something similar.

Mine has IE, Document/Library/Photos/Videos, and HP Utility.......no rocket ship, oh well.

I'm not sure if it learns your preferences or something, but my window tiles don't appear anymore. It may also may have been a preference setting I set up while drinking. I am an IT genius when I drink.

I saw a similar one on FB, but I like this one better. The one I saw did not have the bottom level with pecan pie and Blue Bell. Despite being an immigrant from Missouri, I loves me some Blue Bell.

I also hate Windows 8, and have not gotten used to it after months of use. On the other hand, I've had good luck with HP. My laptop and the last two desktops I bought were HP, and not half the problems that we had with the old Dells.

When I was stationed in Germany, I believe my ability to speak German got better the more I drank...
