And still need to buy a remora in 1095. Even though I have bought a ton of watches the last two years, I still find it different to find some time...
 
Still waiting to hear if I got the job I've been interviewing for. Not gonna lie, I'm getting pretty antsy to find out and the longer I wait, the more I keep thinking I didn't get it. I have the number for the guy I interviewed with and who gets hired is his decision, but he's on vacation this week, so I don't want to call him. When I met with him Thursday, he said he would have a decision Friday, but I never heard anything. I'm hoping his decision had to go through the corporate offices, so they can get the ball rolling, and I wasnt just passed over. He really made it sound like I was going to get the job when I met him, so I'm still hopeful.

Love the Spyderco dragonfly btw. Perfect office edc in suit vest pockets....

Nope that is not all. On my new (well, since June) workspace a coworker kinda got me hooked and interested on watches. Was able to return the favor with regards to knives. He now carries a Mora Eldris in his bag, and a Becker Remora in his coat inner pocket. Yay!

Presurgery appointment this morning. Kids jujitsu tonight. Picking up after a toddler all day....maybe a nap sometime today.

Fun times.
 
I'd rather trust a company that Aaron Rodgers does commercials for than one that has a random gecko and a catchphrase.

For the sole fact that if they are spending $XX millions of dollars on stupid commercials then they're probably isn't gonna be enough cash laying around when I actually need to file a claim. :thumbdn:
I'd rather do business with a company who doesn't blow their wad on advertising and can actually be in a position to help a customer when they need it. :thumbup:

Btw...I know your post was just snark, but insurance companies make my blood boil. Lol

15min outside Milton in Mississauga. The extra commuting for the kid shuffle makes things hard, but we survive.

Currently making steak, potatoes, and corn on the bbq 😁
 
Heh, I'm currently working on a shipment of tea that's going to go to Mississauga :p
