I work for a tea company, we have a natural foods distributor who's based in Mississauga that we send orders to every so often, and I also can manage to supply friends with some free tea like Nick over there.

Nick, I can't read minds, you could just ask for more but I ain't giving out care packages unless I get inquired about them. I don't have an unlimited stash or anything...

yup - I think the cranky little buggers suffer from "short snake syndrome", as their attitude far outweighs their length.
I stepped in a nest of them once helping the neighbor put in some new fencing -- fortunately, it was a chilly morning, so they were a little sluggish.
I apologized to them, took a step back, and then one of the cranky little buggers made the mistake of pulling attitude on me while I had a 6.5' long steel t-post in my hands...
t-post makes a very efficient de-capping tool. removes the head and buries it 15 cm in one easy motion.
 
Sheesh. Quiet day. I have the night off, so we are going to try the new pizza place in town that is delivery or pickup only. We've heard it's really good, which will be a nice change, because the other places in town are pretty hit or miss. I'm also planning a little wiring project for a fish finder that I use in the boat and for ice fishing. I'm going to wire in a switch to isolate the battery and also wire in a plug, so I can charge the battery easier. Right now it's tough to get to, to plug the charger in while it's in its case and I have to completely disconnect the battery so I can clip the alligator clips onto it. Nothing major, but should be useful and kill some time.

I'm going to fish in an ice fishing tournament on Saturday. I'm not sure what my strategy will be yet. They drill thousands of holes in one area and everyone fishes for 2.5 hours. There are 5 prizes each for the top perch, walleye, and northern pike. Most of the prizes are cash, but theres an ATV and a Dodge RAM mixed in there as well. There's a huge chili feed tonight and tomorrow. Then Saturday night there's a dinner, dance, and a big raffle with $250,000 worth of stuff given away. It should be a good time.
 
My job has me so stressed out, I can't even see straight anymore. I've never worked for such an effed up place as this. I worked at this mom and pop shop for 12 years, then 3 years ago, a major corporation took it over. Been bad since then. I thought it would be great, but I can't believe how unorganized it is. 401K, and insurance is good, but we were promised all kinds of benefits from day 1, that they reneged on. I have a distinct feeling I'm not going to be there much longer...bills be damned. I've freaking had it...

Thanks man, appreciate it. So tired of being stressed out because of work. I can't get away from it. I even get calls and texts at home, after work, about work.

Getting bothered after hours would piss me off too.

I don't know about you, but nice long hikes with the phone off really help me get my head straight.
