Oh, The Weather Outside Is Snarkful...

Gonna check this out! Looks good!

I should say that the dialog and everything is pretty ridiculous (like the husband and wife arguing about what happened to the lid to the storage container while they're using it to move a body), which it's supposed to be to make it funny and that's what I think is funny about it. But a lot of people think it's just stupid apparently. I loved it right off the bat, I've seen a lot of people say they watched a couple episodes and didn't like any of it so you'll probably be able to tell if it's a show for you in about 10 minuets or so.

Do you know if they will sell the head only? The 16" handle it comes with would make for nice throwing, but for competition throwing, I need a 26" minimum handle. If I gotta change out the handle, it would be easier if it came already haftless.

they sell a longer version as well iirc. check the website :D

This thread has been going for almost two months and it's not even 2/3rds done. I blame zzyzzogeton. I'm going to take a nap.

The weather outside is indeed snarkful today, had a freak snow storm that nobody was expecting overnight, got 5" at home this morning and I didn't even know it was going to get below freezing. Thankfully I've been walking to work this month and thus woke up very early, so after adding some gators I trudged my way through the snow to work.

I stopped at the best coffee shop in town, they opened right as I walked by so I got a boost and a nice picture too.

Near work the roads are clear, but nobody's at work because everybody drives normally and the backroads are trashed still, so I got to walk down the main road in the middle of the business district at 8:30am on a Monday and had no cars near me. Pretty surreal.

At work there's 3" and no people, so I get to work alone for a while and leave whenever, and I get a great view out the bay doors every time I glance over.

My week is starting off quite nice. :D

Wow man, crazy. We hiked in Missouri yesterday, and it was 62° out.

this is a phenomena we're not used to, Seattle hasn't had over 3" of snow in seemingly 5 years or more, certainly not overnight.

I lived 'round hyere near ... well never mind how long. I remember snow twice, once in the late sixties, and once in the late seventies.
Them mountains see it about every year though.

I'm alive, but the last week was busy as heck, barely had any time to myself.

All that crap made for an interesting drive home from work for me Monday morning. For some reason these people can't drive in the snow. It certainly doesn't help it's all turned into ice on the roads now. All I can say is that I'm glad I don't have to drive during the day with all these crazy people trying to drive in it.
