Bad ohno505 aka Duke Sans is a liar and a thief

.

So now with everything that’s been posted from numerous people about this guy it seems my blanket statement fits this bed just right. You of all people posting about blanket statements is hilarious. Lately more times then less the “blanket statement” I made is on point which is sad. So if you want feel free to defend this guy all you want the proof has been posted. And seems after incriminating emails were sent to a mod even more victims are showing up. Now go back and look at Most of the bad in GB&U and most fit the bill.

My post comment was not about this "guy". I never defended him and based on his past GBU issues would never have done biz with him. Please show me where I defended him?
Never mentioned him in fact.

I just don’t get it why not look at a sellers post areas? If all they do is sell here they have no tie to the forums other then to make money. So if the seller burns you it’s no skin off their back to get booted because they are using other sites or wait a few weeks until they buy a new membership here to do it agian. Someone that just posts in the selling form isn’t here to give deals or come out on the bottom of a deal they have a agenda to profit thru funds or trades or theft.

I highlighted the statements you made. You did not say possible, sometimes, a potential red flag. Sorry if I disagree with you, but you did label everyone who posts mainly in the sales/trade areas as a bad person.
I do not think it is right to do that. Maybe you did not mean to say that in such an absolute manner - but you did.

What would be hilarious about me posting about blanket statements? Not following the "you of all people part".
Anyway I did not make it personal - just did not agree with what you said. It's OK, relax.

Just curious, because I’m not sure I’ve seen anyone mention it before, does PayPal ever block people who pull this crap? I know they can’t do anything about the trades but there’s been a few people now who have paid for knives and are getting the excuses and radio silence from this person. From an earlier post, PayPal even made a comment about this person’s developing pattern.

Anyone know if PayPal ever shuts down accounts and blocks people from creating new ones??

Yes they do. Essentially, they are going to be on the hook for $$$ to anyone who used goods and services to pay for knives they never got from him. They certainly do look at repeat behavior.
If they can't take it from his bank account or card; then they will cut him off so they do not get exposed in the future.

One of the worst experiences--actually the only bad experience I've had on BF -- was with ohno505 and it was a nightmare. Looooong story short, he didn't pay up for a blade after claiming it so I moved to next in line after several hours. He ended up calling my personal phone many times, leaving life threatening voicemails and then wrote a GBU thread about me, stating I had con'd him and made up the whole story about him threatening me. He then went on to tell everyone who listened that I had the wrong guy and that I'm a psycho.

He's a loose freaking cannon. I would never deal with him even if he was giving away a Sebenza for a dollar. I still have all the records of his blood-lusting voicemails and text messages. I hope he reads this.

I feel your pain OP. Not a deserving member by a long shot.

In the following thread ohno claims to work in a government building suggesting he is a government employee and or contractor:

While reporting him to local/ federal law enforcement may be one angle to pursue, reporting him to his employer, internal affairs, or inspector general can be an additional angle to pursue, if anyone knows the agency he works for. An internal affairs department or an inspector general may take more interest in employee misconduct then local/ federal law enforcement would for criminal losses in the amounts being discussed. His alleged conduct could cost him his job without every being prosecuted.

Im pretty sure PayPal will put your bank into overdraft to pull money out. I don't think they just eat the cost very often.

Great idea if it’s true! For me, it’s hard to believe that he’s anything more than just a small time hoodlum.

stuff_things stuff_things , your thread was mentioned, earlier, in this thread.

I'm surprised/impressed at how well the some of the forum members remember the history of bad actors, and their shenanigans.

ETA: Post #5
Oh for sure.

"Government employee" could very well mean custodial engineer at a courthouse :D

He could be but it could still cost him his job. Even if he wasn’t terminated I’m sure he doesn’t want the shenanigans of his personal life to become a hassle in his professional life.

Pretty sure this kind of guy has no personal life to jeopardize I can't see someone who has a real career being this juvenile and/or regularly committing felony theft.

Has anyone gotten a refund yet? I escalated mine to a claim last weekend and of course they are giving the sackless wonder until 12/20 to respond before taking any action.
