Thanks, Jensen! I appreciate it. I got bored one day last year at work, and decided to try making some knives. Each knife I make is made entirely from one paint stick: both handles, blade, and backspacer. It's all done by hand with sandpaper and several different files. Never any powertools! I even drill the hole with the drill bit in my hand, since the wood is usually a very light pine or something. Sometimes I incorporate a "clip", even though it's not useful, cause it looks pretty neat! Thanks for the compliment man. I'll try and get a pic of some of the other ones I've made. :thumbup:
Ha, that is what it looks like in the picture, doesn't it? It's actually a sandblasted lockside and liner, with an unusually dark battleship gray scale. I have a B. gray scale for my xm-24, but it is much much lighter in color. Sometimes from a distance it looks like a blasted Ti scale! Oh how I wish....
