Okay, new question, what are you driving?

I alternate between a 2001 BMW 325i and a 1994 Toyota MR2 Turbo. Both are pretty sweet cars - I can't decide which I like better. The MR2 is mid engine, rear wheel drive with 200 hp from a turbocharged 2 liter 4 cylinder engine. Has a limited slip differential too. The BMW has rear wheel drive, an amazingly smooth inline 6 cylinder 189 hp engine , super smooth 5 speed manual transmission and sport suspension. The MR2 has a peaky, raw sports car feel to it. The BMW is just engineering perfection.

DD is a 97 Chevy Z71, 71 vw baja, wifes 03 Miata, sons 83 BMW 325 but my favorite is My 75 Jeep CJ5.

2005 Tacoma Access Cab. 2.7L 4 banger with the 4-speed automatic. My commute is ~60 miles per day mostly highway. I average 25mpg. A little over 26 if I use the cruise and stay around the speed limit.

2002 SS Camaro, white, black trim, T-tops. 6 speed 5.7 litre v8, vette manifold, twin turbo. i get about 14mpg. lol.

I'm drivin a 92 Olds cutlas cruiser station wagon. Runs good but it's in the falling apart stage of life. I wouldn't mind it so much except the ac went kaput and it's horrible hot down here. I know, it's hot every where! My wipers won't turn off when I shut the switch off. I have to kill the engine to get em to stop. The head liner is hangin down and bugs me when it hits my head. My cd changer quit on me so now I have to listen to what ever crap the radio station decides to play. The motors shot on the passenger side window. I did have a stick holding it up but since it's SO DAMN HOT I took the stick out and just leave the window down all the time, yes, even when it's rainin! I figure a good washin out can't hurt the stinkin thing every now and then. Maybe if the floor board rusts thru I'll get off my butt and go get a newer car or truck. Trucks have so much better air conditioning! The fan blows harder and you can get nice and cold in em! Boy do I like cold air!!!
Anyone wanna swap a 2000 or newer truck, with good ac for my classic collectible station wagon?? I'll meet ya half way with the papers in hand! :D

just recently sold my truck so for the time being i'm scooter boy. 2000 harley davidson sportster, 883 with 15,000 on the clock. i'm the second owner and have been very pleased with the little thing. guess i'll look for a yota truck or older chevy when i start looking for another truck. later, ahgar

I got a 92 s10 4.3L from my grandpa about 2 years ago. It had 40K miles on it, now I am pushing 68K. It gets about 24MPG. He gave it to me, but from sitting up for so long, it has a few "gremlins." I probably put about 1000 into repairs and maintenance. Not too bad I guess. I did the cd player myself and installed it in the glove box leaving the stock tape deck visable so no thieves would be interested in it.

I drive a black '05 Subaru Forester XT. It has a turbocharged, intercooled 2.5 flat-four that's a blast to take to redline. Basically the same engine as in the 300 hp WRX STi but with a smaller turbo and different exhaust. Not 300 hp but with limited slip differentials and 4.44 gears it's pretty quick. It'll go 0 to 60 in under 6 seconds. Car and Driver quoted 0 to 60 times of 5.3 seconds and the quarter mile @ 13.8 seconds @ 97 mph. I took off the roof racks and added the factory spoiler. I just need to tighten the suspension up some and loss the factory tires and it'll be about perfect (for me). It's a lot of car for the money.

Subaru is really making some nice cars. Any of their turbocharged models are a good value for the money in my opinion. I guess their models without turbos are a good value too...just not nearly as fun. :D

Looks like a lot of people who are into knives are into cars too. There's some really nice rides mentioned in this post.

I'm sure they "get it" when they are sitting in your passanger seat and you tach it up to 5000 RPM's and dump the clutch. 300 HP going through an AWD system by way of a 6-speed manual will tend to focus the mind quickly! :D That's a wicked ride you have there.
