Not an entry - my Coughlin's Opinel carbon #7 is my cherished one and only - but I wholeheartedly support this giveaway!! Opinels are beyond awesome. Very philanthropic of you Carl to reach out to the Opinel-less masses! :D

I had a carbon #8 that disappeared a while back. I've been missing it and thinking about giving their stainless a try. Thanks for the shot at this one Carl.

Not an entry, but the Opinel No. 8 is my go to food prep and camp knife. I have a No. 6 that finds its way into my pocket quite often. if you don't have one of these buggers enter this GAW! You will not be disappointed! Good on you Carl and Dan! And Pinnah for his pass around!

I lack one of these fine blades. Keep thinking about getting one then buying more spydercos instead. I appreciate the chance for one though as they are very sheeple friendly from what I can tell.
 
I've only read and watched youtube vids about the Opin's. Never even seen one. Thanks for the chance!
 
I don't have one, oddly enough. Not sure why but I'm sure that I will buy one eventually so winning one in this generous GAW would be great. Thanks for the opportunity. :)
 
I've been a knife enthusiast for over 20 years. For some reason an opinel and I have never crossed paths. I'm definitely in on this and it is a true mark of generosity. Way to be my friend.

only recently they started selling them where I live, and for such an overpriced cost, I actually can buy a second hand GEC with that money.
 
Hey Jack, nice gesture there. Not an entry as I have a #6 in carbone that stays in my pocket all the time. The wife is always wanting to "borrow" it for one thing or another. She even asked to use it in a restaurant the other day. Guess I will have to get her one of her own. I do have a virgin #8 that has only been sharpened and never used. It is the Inox stainless in walnut. I even think I still have the box for it. Looks like a lot of folks want in on your give away that have never owned an Opie. So, lets throw another one in the give away basket and have three winners. I can mail it to you, or wait and mail it to one of the winners, your call.

Everyone should experience the ownership of an Opie at some time in their lifetime. :)
