I have always been interested in one of these knives, never had one.

I have an Opinel waiting to be mailed out to you my friend, will get it in the post this week :)

 
I don't own an Opinel, a very simple reason why though. I just found out they existed a few months ago and than started looking at traditionals about a month ago, I already decided to pick one up, probably a #6 before the end of the year. But for now I want a different traditional first and pick this up at a latter date, I like to give each knife some dedicated pocket time before getting another and usually span this out at least 1-2months or longer.

Everyone should experience the ownership of an Opie at some time in their lifetime. :)

Not an entry, just support for a good cause. If you don't own an Opinel and don't win this time, you should treat yourself to one. Cheap and a great, lightweight knife.

I've never so much as touched an Opinel. I'm not sure I've ever actually seen one in person though I could be mistaken.
