Old Friends Friday

I've not carried this S & M Heritage Jack for a while

I remember this was $2.50 at an estate sale (because who can use a knife with a missing shield?). I remember it from the old house, so I've had it over nine years. Maybe pre-2006, before my North Street house. I carried it a lot for some length of time.

Boker USA stamp and Tree Brand etch.
[Actually, pre-North Street would be1997 or earlier. I've had the knife longer than I really remember, so must be at least ten minutes.]

long pull, short swedge, small pins, everything about your Heritage says 1903. Nice!

because this 301 is from the first year of production, it doesn't get out much
but today for old times sake, it'll be in my pocket as long as i'm 'round the house :)

That's pretty cool Jer

I bought this small TM Bingham Penknife from an antique shop, in the neighbouring West Yorkshire town of Wakefield, about 10 years ago. It was by far the best knife they had in, and also the cheapest :D
