Finally got around to sharpening up this old, but neglected, friend of my late Dad’s. He gave it to me a couple of years ago after finding it in an old coffee can full of nails and stuff in his shed. The scales had faded to a whitish-gray, but mineral oil fixed that.

Maybe they're 'notches' Jer!LB7 in a Bushmaster sheath. Somebody put some strange nicks in this blade.
